Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@besure.store | (888) 306-6756. Returns must be pre-approved before being sent. Items returned without a pre-approved request will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Subscription & Membership Refunds

Subscription fees (such as for our VIP Club) are non-refundable. Customers may cancel their subscription anytime before their next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Once a charge has been processed, refunds will not be issued for that billing period.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards.
  • Subscription & membership fees (VIP Club).
  • Perishable or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If tracking shows the package is still in transit, a refund will not be issued. If the order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim before reaching out to us.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days, check with your bank before contacting us.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
